Welcome to the official (ish) blogger for Flash Fiction Month! This website has been created to host any flash fiction that is written during the course of the month, and anyone that has a Google account can sign on and post their work here. This is the first year that we've had a designated blog, so lets make it worthwhile. Good luck, folks!

Yarn

Folk 'round here love a good story, let me tell ya. Tall tales about about everything under the sun, from Ol' Mrs. Cranford's secret ingredients in her apple pie, to the ghostly cowherds what ride through town, on down to Wilkins, the fishman they say's livin' in the lake. Yes sir, we know how to spin a yarn in this town, make no mistake about it.
I figure that's why the mayor pushed so hard to get them city folk to hold their big "writing tournament" right here in Cray. Aww Hell, we been needin' something like this for a good while, to put us on the map. Since all the children disappeared from our town, it hasn't been the nicest place to visit. What's that? You ain't heard about that? Well, fella, buy me another beer, and have I got a story for you . . .

  2. I think the Character in the story I wrote for tomorrow must live somewhere around there. :)
